Millennial’s Guide

to Building

Financial Wealth

“Growth does not just happen.  If we want
to grow, we are going to grow on purpose.”

-John Maxwell

Are you a millennial or do you have family or friends who are millennials?

Do you want to live a life with more options available for you?
Do you want to get out of the slavery of working for a job you never liked with the pay you always need?
Do you desire to live life more and worry less?

If you answered “Yes!” in any of these questions, then this E-Book is for you!

Millennial’s Guide to Building Financial Wealth

Let’s admit it, millennials are more often than not, better educated and technologically savvy compared with previous generations. But that doesn’t imply that they already got it all, they’re missing a significant aspect of life, and this is their failure to make smart financial decisions.

As some of the highlights from a recent report from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the George Washington University’s Global Financial Literacy Excellence Center:

  • Only 24% of millennials demonstrate basic financial knowledge and just 8 percent show financial literacy. Then,
34% of millennials report “very unsatisfied” with their current financial situation.
  • More than half of millennials (54%) said they’re worried about their ability to pay back their student loans.
  • Nearly 1 in 3 millennials (30%) are overdrawing their checking accounts.
  • Just 36% of millennials have a retirement account. Of those, 17% took a loan and 14% took a hardship withdrawal from those accounts in the past year.

The report is based on survey results of more than 5,500 millennials (ages 23 to 35)

You may not want to ask for help and feel embarrassed by your dilemma but financial planning and activity mistakes done in the first stages of independent life can be difficult to be corrected in the future and are better addressed as early as possible, which is why millennials are encouraged to start managing their finances now, before it’s too late.

How this E-Book can guide you to creating your own Freedom Plan?

As you go through this guide, I will hold your hand every step of the way so you can manage the first part of creating your dreams—molding your vision with great clarity and making it into an actual plan. You will define explicitly every single detail of your plan.

In his book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill stated, “All achievement, no matter what may be its nature or its purpose, must begin with an intense, burning desire for something definite.”

To make concrete this intense and burning desire, you are to put it into writing. Imagine how the blueprint of this desire will look like. Will there be a lot of different steps and action items to take before you reach your goal? Are these actions connected to one another? What are the various things you’ll need in order to implement this plan?

Perhaps there are plenty of questions and concerns popping up in your mind at the moment. Stop right there. Before you get all confused and start feeling overwhelmed,
clear your mind and relax. We are journeying together to come up with your Millennial’s Freedom Plan. Hence, there’s no need to panic.

Take a deep breath and let me guide you through creating your very own Financial Freedom Plan!

The seminar-workshop opened my mind on things that I am not used to do like budgeting and taking care of my finances.  It also reminded me to dream big and see my vision not only 5 years but until the end of my life.  And although I am still young, I can manage my finances well.”
